VIDEO: Logging into the Portal
Navigate to secure.sums.com.au/portal via your web browser. Remember to bookmark this address for future use.
Enter your username and password, click the ‘Remember me?’ box and press enter or click ‘Login’
Password Retrieval
If you have forgotten your password, click ‘Forgot Password?’ in the bottom right corner and fill in the form with your username and email address. A temporary password will be sent to your email address.
If the email address does not match what is on file, or you do now know your username, click “Forgot Username/Email?” and complete the form. A member of the SUMS team will be notified and get back to you with further assistance.
Security
If the incorrect username or password is entered 10 times, your account will be locked. This can only be unlocked through contacting SUMS Group via email at support@sums.com.au or calling 1300 363 603.
